Vanessa  is an HR manager with an interest in building the most effective workforces possible. For over 10 years, she managed recruitment, onboarding and talent development. She believes a great company culture means happier employees and greater productivity. She is passionate about the Hudson valley as a wonderful place to live and work.  She is a Newburgh resident and looks forward to developing DocuWare as an employer of choice in the area.
